For over 22 years, Adina Doss has partnered with REDKEN 5th Avenue as a Redken Artist and a dedicated purveyor of the art of design and finish. Her many years have provided her the opportunity to transform and to be transformed. Adina has found herself grateful to be able to share her knowledge on multiple stages in over 10 different countries and hundreds of salons in the US market.

Internationally she was able to expand the launch of Finish Certification. What Adina loves most, is the opportunity to grab the hearts and minds of a new stylist and to share with them their individual potential.

Outside of the classroom, Adina has been featured in top magazines, worked closely with some of the best in the industry creating the latest trends on high fashion runways and has been lucky enough to travel internationally to do hair for the bride to be. This array of skillsets will allow her to share the latest trends and proper placement of each collection.

ADRIENNE DARA @adriennedara

A native of Philadelphia, PA, Adrienne is the owner of Adrienne Dara Hair Salon, an educator and a business coach.

She is passionate about teaching stylists, with two online education platforms; The Lightening Library and The Lightening Library Lab, created to help commission stylists, suite owners, booth renters and salon owners with both the business and creative side of the industry.

Additionally she teaches in-person classes around the country through her ADH Education division.

Adrienne's mission is to help stylists learn to run their business with clarity and to gain confidence behind the chair.


As creator and founder of just b. hair SALON, Brayden has been in the hair industry since he was 16 years old. He was an educational & artistic director for a local salon before opening Just B Hair Salon. His approach to hair is mastering the “Why” behind what you are doing, unlocking endless creativity & empowering consistency.

As an International Redken Artist & Educator he uses this knowledge to give each client a custom look & feel based on their needs. He facilitates at salons around the world and the Redken Exchange in New York City & teaches at various hair shows including the main stage at Redken Symposium 2013 and 2015 & Euro Symposium 2016.

His love for session work has given him the privilege of working the MTV VMA’s & seven seasons at NYC Fashion Week working with Marc Jacobs & Diesel to name a few.

GEORGE GARCIA @georgegarciaredken

With his mixture of creativity, technical skill & 20 years of extensive color & product knowledge, George Garcia is one of Redken’s most sought after artists. His work can be seen in both national & international publications such as Hairdresser Journal, Modern Salon & American Salon. George was also voted one of the top ten colorists in the United States by Celebrity Styles 101 Magazine. He has played an intricate part in many of Redken’s major projects including The Amazing Color DVD, International Symposium & represented the US in Redken’s first ever International collection, Redken Creates.

His eye for fashion & amazing finishing skills have earned him a frequent spot in New York and Los Angeles’ Fashion Week for designer lines such as Betsey Johnson, Marc by Marc Jacobs & Cynthia Rowley. George has touched the lives of many salon professionals with his cutting edge approach to hair color. His passion & love for the industry & hairdressers worldwide, is what sets him apart from any other educator.

Motivated by the desire to become great in hairdressing, Hugo has dedicated himself to education.

Hugo has represented the REDKEN brand for 20 years. He has had the privilege to travel the world sharing his passion with other salon professionals.

Hugo believes that no matter our experience, we can always learn something new and how to adapt to our ever-changing industry.

Educator, Texture Expert and colorist, Jamal Edmonds has consistently created a buzz in the hair industry for more than two decades.

The 2018, 2020 and 2022 North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) finalist/winner and 2018 ABS Global Image award-winning stylist is the owner and creative director of the flagship Mizani salon, Lamaj in the City, located in Washington, D.C. Jamal’s skillful hands continue to make a statement in the industry in the form of education, glamour, media, commercial print, and runway.

He’s a Mizani educator and also, a Redken and SalonCentric Ambassador specializing in textured hair. He also teaches specialized advanced theory classes as well as performing tradeshow and special product presentations for salon professionals.

Lindsey Olson is in pursuit to continue the influence that Redken education has impacted her life. The result of such inspiration is the role of a Redken Artist. As a colorist & designer from behind the chair, Lindsey shares a common ground for which she brings her ability to excite, relate & inspire her peers.

Creative color, styling, product knowledge, & promotional planning can all be expected from Lindsey. As a Redken Certified Colorist & Redken Certified Designer, Lindsey is driven with enthusiasm. She has been a part of New York City Fashion Night Out with Guido, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week for Cynthia Rowley, and Adam. She has been support for Premiere Encounter, Redken Symposium, Expressions, and Sensations.

Energy is the essence of life. With such compelling emotion, Lindsey’s focus is to do the same & more for others.

LORI ZABEL @lorizabel

Lori has been a hairdresser for more than half of her life and has been working with Redken products for so long now the only product that was created before she joined is Shades EQ Gloss and she has been part of many Redken product launches, particularly color.

You may have seen her on a Redken Symposium stage, or at an Exchange class over the years. She also has been featured in many training videos from Principles of Haircolor, Balayage, and Creative Color to product knowledge. Lori has worked overseas on international stages in London, Norway, Germany, Spain, Italy, Australia, and New Zealand to name a few.

She works behind the chair at Dop Dop Salon in NYC, as Creative Director, and prides herself on creating unique wearable looks on her clients. “You have to practice and create the looks you are going to teach in a class or on stage, clients are the best place to do that”. Lori has been a finalist and winner of several North American Hairstylist Awards. Haircolorist of the Year, Haircutter of the Year (yes, she cuts hair too!) and People’s Choice Award, and she’s not done yet!

MANDA ZIEGELMAN @mandaziegelman

With 17 years of diverse industry experience, Manda can create it all! Their outlet beyond hair reveals them as a vegan world traveler existing in queer & alternative communities- expressing through ceramics, collaging, playing in punk bands, and writing poetry. Manda is an artist through and through.

Manda is an influencer for trending looks, and fearless in their approach with destination clients in Seattle and Portland. They frequent trade shows with industry icons, color hair for global campaign photoshoots, and have created looks for top designers at LA Fashion Week and beyond. Manda is a Sam Villa Ambassador teaching digitally, and a requested artist customizing hands on workshops to salons across the country.

MICHELLE MARSHALL @michelle_marshall

With over 25 years experience as a Salon Professional, 15 years as a salon owner and over 10 years as part of the Redken artist network. Michelle believes that education is the key to growing your business whether you are an individual stylist or a salon owner working with teams. ​

In 2018, Michelle joined the facilitation team at the Redken Exchange in NYC for Now Trending Haircolor, Game Of Blondes and Color Mastery, which explores different ways to use Redken’s full color portfolio, producing endless effects and reflects, including developing coloring techniques that can be used on all salon guests.

Michelle’s goal is to inspire and connect with attendees, empowering them to want to be the best they can be and sharing her love for this profession. She inspires salon professionals to adapt and move their business forward in this ever changing landscape.

PHILIP FORESTO @philipforesto

A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Philip Foresto didn’t grow up aspiring to work in the hair industry. In fact, he remembers his mother cutting his hair from the kitchen of their home. In 2009, he left his hometown for New Orleans, LA, where he would meet his now father-in-law, a hairstylist of over thirty years. He allowed Foresto to work in his salon sweeping floors & answering phones, & after this introduction to the world of professional hair, Foresto was hooked.

From there, Foresto says he made it his life’s mission to become the best hairstylist he could be. Foresto started his apprenticeship in January 2009, took his first official client in 2012, & opened his own salon in 2017.

Of his successful trajectory in the industry & his new role with Redken, Foresto says, "It’s everything I’ve dreamed of & more, having the opportunity to work with incredible brands & now a company like Redken. Professional hair colorist Rachel Redd has over a decade of experience in the beauty industry & is based in Atlanta, GA. Growing up in Marietta, GA, Rachel’s love for the visual arts inspired her to embark on a career as a professional hair colorist. Rachel opened Rachel Redd Color Studio Salon in 2015 & sees clients who travel from near and far, for her signature techniques & healthy, flawless hair color creations on a multitude of textures.

Rachel's inspiration comes from the women she meets daily & their unique vibrancy, culture and lifestyle.
In 2018, Rachel established her independent education program to fill a gap in the industry for professional hair color education for higher hair textures. Based out of Brooklyn, NY, Sean is one of the top colorists in the Redken network with over 15 years with the brand.

He is a three-time NAHA nominee, and is the winner of the 2019 salon team of the year.

Sean’s work has appeared in industry magazines like Salon and Canadian Hairdresser, and in editorial spreads for popular fashion/lifestyle magazines such as Flare and Kenton. His work has also been seen in ad campaigns, make-over segments on various TV programs including the MTV Video Music Awards, backstage at fashion week and on Redken Stages across the world.

Sean is a "Redken Certified" colorist, if he’s not on set for session work; he spends his time working with top artists at Redken events around the world. At these events he inspires and educates stylists to earn better, learn better and live better.

SHERI DOSS @sheridoss_redken

Sheri began her introduction to the beauty industry as a young girl, daughter to a salon owner and manicurist. She spent many days in the salon, observing the workings of the salon team and watching the struggles her mother had as a salon owner.

Sheri became a stylist as a way to earn a living and put herself through college. That was until the day she met Redken. Sheri attended her first Redken Training 30 years ago and was so “taken home” that she joined the Redken team as an educator. Over the last 30 years, Sheri has dedicated her life to helping all salon professionals to live their very best life by connecting others to the connections that matter through live education, inspiration and events.
