What are the event timings?

The full agenda will be released in the coming weeks. In the meantime the outline timings are as below:

SATURDAY JUNE 22 (PRE GAME)

  • 12PM - 5PM Event Registration open for those who want to beat the Sunday morning queues
  • PM Evening at leisure

SUNDAY JUNE 23 (DAY 1)

  • 8:30AM Event Registration and Redken Gallerie open
  • 10AM Mainstage Education & Inspiration Shows
  • 5PM - 6PM Redken Gallerie open
  • 8PM - 12AM Redken Bash

MONDAY JUNE 24 (DAY 2)

  • 8:30AM Redken Gallerie open
  • 9AM Mainstage Education & Inspiration Shows
  • 3PM Mainstage closes
  • 4:30PM Redken Gallerie closes

Where can I find a full list of classes and presenters?

The full list of classes and Redken Collective presenters will be announced in the coming weeks. Don't worry that you will miss it - if you have registered to attend the event we will be in touch by email with the details.

Who should attend this event?

The event is open to attend. We would recommend that you attend if you are a Salon or Industry professional or are currently in Beauty School.

Is the ticket refundable?

No, all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

My ticket is being paid for by someone else - how do I secure my place?

The person covering your ticket should either register on your behalf or will issue you with a discount code that you can enter during registration.

Do I need to register?

Yes, you will need to register on this website and purchase your ticket. Your place is not secured until full and final payment has been made.

 

Will there be translation ?

Language translation may be provided by some countries at the discretion of your local Redken office. Please contact us if you would like to check whether translation to your preferred is being provisioned.

Can I change by attendance to another event on the Redken Symposium on Tour calendar?

If you would like to make a change to your booking please get in touch with us.

Which is the best hotel to stay at during the event?

Please check the Venue & Hotels page for details of hotels offering preferred rates to event attendees.

Do I need to select my classes

No, the format is all Main Stage classes so you don't need to make class selections ahead of the event - you get to attend ALL of the power education across the two days.

Can I pay for my ticket using Level Loyalty points?

Yes! To use Level Loyalty points please do the following:

1) Head over to the LEVEL website and Search Redken Symposium On Tour. Complete your ticket purchase with your Level points.

2) The LEVEL team will process your request and send details of your ticket purchase to the Helpdesk Team at redkenpowernetwork.com.  On receipt of these details THE HELPDESK WILL COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION on the backend using the email addresses attached to the Level Loyalty account. This will be completed within 5 working days of your redemption.

3) Once your registration has been added to the redkenpowernetwork.com site by the team you will receive a registration confirmation by email from help@redkenpowernetwork.com. Please do check your junk mail for your registration confirmation email.

Can I part pay with Level points and the balance by card?

Yes this is possible but must be done on the Level website. Please do not purchase a ticket on the RedkenPowerNetwork.com website if you are intending to split the purchase cost between Level points and card.

Can I pay for my ticket in stages?
