In 2018, Michelle joined the facilitation team at the Redken Exchange in NYC for Now Trending Haircolor, Game Of Blondes and Color Mastery, which explores different ways to use Redken’s full color portfolio, producing endless effects and reflects, including developing coloring techniques that can be used on all salon guests.

Michelle’s goal is to inspire and connect with attendees, empowering them to want to be the best they can be and sharing her love for this profession. She inspires salon professionals to adapt and move their business forward in this ever changing landscape.
